Fees
We can charge for your case in different ways:
Pro bono
First of all, we will check with you in a personal meeting whether you are eligible for government-funded legal aid. This depends on your income. The lowest contribution that the Legal Aid Board applies is EUR 143. On the website http://www.rvr.org you can read the criteria used by the Council.
Fixed price
It is also possible to make a fixed price arrangement for the entire criminal case. Together with you, we will look at the scope of the case and which witnesses may need to be heard or what other investigation needs to be carried out.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring more time to be spent on the case than previously estimated, the lawyer will make timely additional arrangements with you in the interim. The price agreement applies to one instance. If you appeal, new agreements will be made.
Hourly rate
We use an hourly rate of between EUR 200 and EUR 250 ex VAT.
